Many apologies to you both. Our server was, for a few hours, handing out copies for download that were not including the add-ons properly.
I have emailed you both the plugin including the add-on. So, just de-install your existing UD, and install this one instead, and all should be well (no further installation steps required). (And, future downloads are fixed).
