I think we have this already - it's the "Migrator" add-on (which is part of UpdraftPlus Premium). The instructions are linked from the shop description, here: http://updraftplus.com/shop/migrator

If you think it's a good plugin and want to help UpdraftPlus development, then please tell others about it - via blogs, Twitter, Facebook, etc. - our marketing is still mostly word-of-mouth because we are time-poor and using our time to improve the features instead of on marketing!
