I'm an idiot, and I bought the premium package... and I didn't understand the limitations that came with it.
I never got a backup that I used, and I'm out $60 ...and now when I try out to install it again, I get the "failed"
I used the 2 installs, that were the limitations, I have a complaint about, it seems so unforgiving...to us newbies...well not newbie, but new to trying to backup wordpress.
