You've posted in the "Paid Support" forum, but your username does not have any purchases associated with it.
If you purchase a support incident, and if the problem turns out to be in UpdraftPlus (as opposed to in your web hosting setup, for example), then we give a 100% refund. Otherwise, if you're not willing to take that step (e.g. you suspect it's probably your web hosting) then you need to do more digging yourself to establish that the problem is in UpdraftPlus, and then you can post in the free support forum at wordpress.org.
